RESULTS

We will do our best but there is no guarantee of the final results once the tattooing has healed. Results depend on age, overall health, skin quality and how well pre & after care is followed.

TOUCH UPS

Touch up appointments are recommended to be booked within 8-14 weeks after the initial appointment. If you cancel, miss or not book your touch up appointment within that time frame, your touch up appointment duration and price will go up.

For dark lip neutralisation, please book your touch up appointment in 3 months.

ANAESTHETIC

It is the law in Australia that the client has to purchase and provide their own anaesthetic from a compounding pharmacy.

The link to order anaesthetic is attached to the confirmation email you will receive (approx $40).

DEPOSITS

A $100 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required in order to book and secure your appointment. Your deposit will go towards the total cost of the service you have booked for. If you decide to cancel or rescheduling within 48 hours of your appointment, your deposit will be lost.

RESCHEDULING

Clients are required to give a minimum of 48 hours notice to reschedule a booking. The deposit paid can then be used towards another date within 3 years from the date paid.

Rescheduling within 48 hours of your booking will forfeit your deposit. You will be required to pay another deposit in order to book again.

We understand that life can get busy and things can come up at the last minute, however we do require a minimum of 48 hours notice for all appointment cancellations or changes. Failure to provide us with more than 48 hours notice will result in loss of deposit amount.

ARRIVING LATE

We understand that things can happen but unfortunately, if you show up more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, your appointment will be canceled and the deposit will be forfeited. If you would like to reschedule, a new deposit of $50 is required. Please plan your schedule accordingly to make it to the appointment on time. If you are going to be late please call or text us (0422187152)

NO SHOWS

The deposit will be forfeited if the client fails to show up their appointment.

You are under 18
You are pregnant or breastfeeding

You have been on Accutane within the past year

You have HIV or Hepatitis or any other infectious or viral diseases
You have major Heart Problems
You are undergoing Chemotherapy
You are Epileptic

You are Diabetic

You have Rosacea

You are taking medications that may affect how your skin responds to blood clotting and healing

You develop infections easily.
